Late Night LoFi – An Imperfect Yarn Color Palette Collection
Traditionally, lo-fi has been characterized by the inclusion of elements normally viewed as undesirable, such as misplayed notes, environmental interference like background noise, or audible imperfections. But in those imperfections a whole musical genre was created. Many eager listeners now tune to the Lo-Fi genre for a more authentic form of music to destress, study, relax, or even play video games.
Inspiration and more arguably the search to inspire, has been a big part of my artistic journey. I have always been a person who loves to have music on in the background as well as being a very big fan of the lo-fi genre. Then, with the prevalence of the internet my musical heart has been content.
Personally the combination of lo-fi and late night has been the most inspirational. There is just something about night life vibes, slower drum beats and a low tempo that makes one’s mind slow down and focus. I love it when you can actually hear those neon signs buzzing, or when you can feel the electricity all around and the sparks of inspiration from the emptiness of the normally busy city permeate your mind. I hope this palette inspires you and all your crocheting needs as well. Thank you.
This collection features palettes inspired by the late night electric neon signs and cyber night light life! Both of which totally incompace the lo-fi chill vibes. May you find enjoyment and inspiration for all your winter crochet projects!

Late at night we often find ourselves at our most creative and inspired. Vibrant neon signs are a staple when you explore around any city. These teal-toned summer yarn color palettes feature several shades of blue and green, with subtle pops of red, and warm-toned cream. Along with the city vibes, music can play an important part of creation and ambience, so be sure to set the mood with your favorite lofi chill beats.

The cyber city nights can often inspire creation and imagination, and these chill palettes are meant to invoke those night life feelings. In contrast to the teal-forward electric neon palettes, here I was much more inspired to go with several shades of purple, plum, red and magenta.
